How much does a custom system cost?
It depends entirely on what the system needs to do. That’s why we always start with a Discovery Session and give you a fixed price before we build anything.
How does the Discovery Session work?
We go through how you work today, what takes time and what could be simpler. Then you see and click through a prototype before anything is built, and get a fixed price to build it.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Usually, yes. Most accounting, point-of-sale, calendar and e-commerce software can be connected. We find out what’s possible in the Discovery Session.
How long does it take to build?
It depends on the size. A plugin is quicker than a whole system, which we build in stages, starting with whatever saves the most time. You get a timeline together with the fixed price.
Can we extend the system later?
Yes. We build in stages precisely so you can add more once you see what’s needed.
How secure is it?
Secure login is always included. Permissions, backups and updates are worked out for your particular system in the Discovery Session.
